Sometimes we men don’t only go to the gym to sculpt our bodies but to also gawk at the fine pieces of tail that wander around the place, also known as “cardio bunnies.” Here’s a nice little guide on how to strike up some conversation in such a hostile environment:

It happens all the time, doesn’t it? You’re working out and enjoying a good burn when you see a stone cold fox walk through the doors. The methods for how to approach girls at the gym can be quite tricky because not only is she probably focused on something else (her workout), she probably doesn’t want to be distracted and you’ve got tons of other guys who also want a piece of the same girl.

Well the first thing I’ll tell you is meeting girls at the gym can be a great opportunity. You obviously both share an interest in fitness and you already have a mutual respect going in your favor. However one thing girls also downright despise is being ogled while working out. They could also really care less if you can show them a “better way to workout” or a “better way to do that lift.”

First things first; when you see her, simply catch her eye and give her a smile. That’s it. Go about your business and finish your workout. You obviously are there for a reason and it’s certainly not to meet her. You both there to work out. Running over to her in the middle of your workout only communicates weakness/supplication. You’re subconsciously telling her that you’re willing to stop what you’re doing because she has a pretty face.

All women hate this. Don’t ever think a woman is amazing simply for her looks. Make her prove she’s more than just another looker. Doing just this one thing will land you with so many women.

So what to do? Well, finish your workout namely and make sure she’s not full on into her workout yet. Then come in with ton’s of energy! If she’s doing plank exercises or push ups, drop down next to her and challenge her who can hold that position the longest. Cheat and push on her elbows then flat out deny you did any such thing.

Say stupid things like you’re done working out but you think you should do more butt exercises because your pregnancy is causing you to gain all sorts of weight. Ask if she minds you working in on her machine/weights and struggle to do even one rep.

The key for how to approach girls at the gym is timing and energy. When both of you are really into your workouts, it’s never good to make an approach. When she’s doing light exercises after her workout is great because she’s coming down off the work out high and there you are swooping in with tons of energy and making her laugh.

Get out there and start making them laugh and the world’s your oyster, guys.

Today I have the great pleasure of introducing you to our newest hottie post: Danielle Lloyd. This former Miss England and Miss Great Britain gained media attention when she was stripped of her Miss Great Britain title in 2006, after posing for nude pictures featured in the December 2006 edition of Playboy magazine. I don’t know what ruh-tarded committee made that decision; maybe it was full of jealous feminists…

I’m sure as a guy you’ve “accidentally” overheard a group of girls talking and, like most men, regretted the decision to listen. Not to say that all women are airheads and have the most asinine conversations, but you have to admit that a majority sure do come relatively close to the parody video below. Time for another fine hottie post. Today I have the pleasure of bringing you Bryci, the 24 year old internet sensation from Canada. I have been noticing a horrible trend in my particular group of male friends and even readers of this website; a major lack of confidence. What has happened to the guy population? Have too many men grown a vagina? It’s time to say F**K IT to your worries and concerns, and just approach these women like they’re normal people. Because guess what? THEY ARE! It’s all about a man’s confidence, or “swagger.” Just look at the video posted below. A very unusual, and possibly feminine, man starts a dance party on his own. Yes, his dance moves need some serious work, but he just doesn’t give a s**t, and that’s what really attracts women.

Dave Chappelle has to be the one of the best comedians in recent history; at least in my opinion. The Chappelle Show always delivered with every episode, and that certainly can’t be said about any other show on TV currently. I haven’t seen him in the media in a while, but watching this YouTube video it’s pretty obvious Dave has been spending some time in the gym. Here’s to hoping he comes out with some new material soon. Even though Toyota is having major public image issues, their luxury division, Lexus, is still continuing to increase their reach on the global market by bringing over a new hatchback model to the U.S. The new model, called the Lexus CT 200h, will directly compete with the BMW 1-Series and the Audi A3. Say what you want about Toyota’s quality control, but Lexus produces some of the most beautifully designed cars on the road, and this one is no exception.

The CT 200h is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder with Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) mated to Toyota’s Lexus Hybrid Drive system. The gas-electric drivetrain features four different settings, including ECO, NORMAL and SPORT. The fourth EV setting is a unique feature, allowing the CT 200h to travel up to 1.2 miles at speeds up to 28 mph on all-electric power.

Seems some genius scientists from Korea are conducting some amazing research. Now maybe that insane rumor of binge drinking being bad for you will finally disappear…

Doctors Kwang-il Kwon and Hye Gwang Jeong of Chungnam National University studied the properties of oxygenated alcohol – booze with oxygen bubbles added – which is a popular concoction in their country. In these drinks, oxygen is added the way carbonation is usually added to soda, and the scientists wanted to know if these oxygenated beverages affected people differently than non-oxygenated ones. The answer was a resounding yes.

And what exactly were the affects of these oxygenated beverages?

The drinks with the added oxygen content sobered people up 20-30 minutes faster, under the influence of the rather potent alcohol they used for the trials. 20% alcohol is around the strength of fortified wine, soju, or a very strong mixed drink, so while shaving a half hour off your drunken tomfoolery might not seem a great deal, when you’re trying to fall asleep at night and combating the spins, you’ll appreciate it.

I’m not going to lie, but I’ve never really been a fan of Pop Rocks. Yeah it was cool to try them out my first time, but the novelty wore off quickly after that. I just happened to stumble upon a great Pop Rocks commercial that might just cause sales of the unique treat to sky rocket. Looks like Manny Pacquiao, probably the greatest boxer of this decade, enjoys other activities besides humiliating other fighters in the ring. Seems the welterweight champion really enjoys some karaoke, and he showed off some of his skills on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ about a month ago. Everyone loves a little Bluetooth action. I mean how else would soccer moms keep safe on the highways while they talk to each other about the latest episode of Desperate Housewives?

The new specification will be able to be used in lower-power devices than previous versions of the technology, including watches, pedometers, smart meters and other gadgets that run on coin-cell batteries, said Michael Foley, executive director of the Bluetooth SIG standards-setting organization. Previous versions of Bluetooth could only go into devices with triple-A or larger-capacity batteries.

Just for the record I’m neither Democrat nor Republican, I actually hate all politicians equally. If you haven’t heard Kentucky Republican Jim Bunning was using stall tactics to stop the refunding of unemployment benefits the past few days. Now I’m not for free-loaders trying to live on unemployment checks, but considering how the economy is lately, I know it’s tough for the people who are actively looking for work right now (I should know since I was in that camp for a few months). The thing that really ticks me off about this is that Bunning actually complained about missing a college basketball during this debacle! I’m sure that’s so much worse than not having food to feed your family. Congressmen like this need to be beat down a few pegs to us “normal” people.

Kentucky Republican Jim Bunning had been holding up action for days but conceded after pressure intensified with Monday’s cutoff of road funding and extended unemployment benefits and health insurance subsidies for the jobless.

Just because you wear glasses doesn’t mean you can’t be stylin’ like the rest of us. HRG (horn-rimmed glasses) from Heroes comes to mind, I mean without those crazy specs how would his fan base refer to him? “Father of the hot cheerleader everyone wants to bang,” nah, that’s just too long and ridiculous (but obviously true).

If you’re buying your first pair of glasses, go for reasonably slim frames. Once you’ve established that yes, you wear glasses now, you can go the chunky Woody Allen route.

Seems like some of the PlayStation Network problems that were rampant over the past 24 hours have been fixed. Looks like the problem was due to an internal clock bug:

We’ve received a number of tips informing us that the internal clock bug that was affecting non-Slim PS3s for the past 24 hours has been fixed, rendering all games playable once more. We tempted fate shortly after receiving these reports by testing out a few of our PS3 Phat units and can confirm that they’re running games just fine. Additionally, our “lost” Trophies appear to be properly re-synced to our PSN accounts.
